Skogsutsikt Apartment. On the ground floor, with two bedrooms, a fully equipped living room/kitchen, a private bathroom and separate toilet. The apartment is for up to two adults and two children from 5 years and older; an extra bed can be placed easily.

Prices Apartment (you have to book the apartment for at least three nights):

Price for the first three nights:                               € 375
Price every extra night:                                         € 120

Afterwards the use of electricity for the apartment will be charged; the costs are 50 cents per kWh. A family of two adults and two children used an average of 10 to 15 kWh per day.

Rooms (you have to book a room for at least two nights):

Trädgårdsutsikt. On the ground floor, with two bedrooms and a shared bathroom and toilet. This B&B room is for up to five persons; an extra bed can be placed easily.

Loft 1. On the first floor, with a double bed, private bathroom and shared toilet.
Loft 2. On the first floor, with two single beds, private bathroom and shared toilet.

These B&B rooms are for two persons each. It’s possible to combine Loft 1 and loft 2 in one reservation. Also for families it is possible to combine loft 1 with the Hobbit Room, and to combine loft 2 with the Elf Room. Please contact us for prices.

Hobbit Room On the first floor, with two single beds, shared bathroom and toilet.
Elf Room On the first floor, with two single beds, shared bathroom and toilet.
Both rooms are equipped for two children from 5 years up to 18 years. A third bed can be added on request.

(Södra Halla is less suitable for small children up to 4 years)

Prices for all rooms and our apartment include bed linen and towels.

If desired, we serve breakfast for our B&B guests. The price for breakfast is not included in the rental price stated on this site. Guests in apartment Skogsutsikt can prepare breakfast in the fully equipped living room/kitchen.

Pets are not permitted in Södra Halla.

Further Information and Bookings.
After booking you will receive an email confirmation including the total price and the booking conditions. For the final reservation we charge a deposit (25% of the agreed price) plus a security deposit of € 125. The reservation is final when the deposit plus security deposit has been credited to our account number.
The security deposit will be refunded to you at the end of your stay. Electricity consumption, any damage to the apartment and/or property, loss of keys, outstanding bills, etc. will be deducted from the deposit.

Arrival and departure.
On the day of arrival, your room or apartment will be available from 3 pm (15.00)
Please vacate your room or apartment by 10.00 am on the day of departure.
